Orders ship within 1–4 business days. Every product is manufactured in-house, inspected, and packaged for safe delivery.

All orders ship via USPS with tracking included.

Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

Contact ArmaTech Industries and include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Short description of the issue

We typically respond within 24 hours.

Lifetime Replacement

If your item breaks, we will replace it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or appears to be missing contents, contact us immediately. We will work with USPS to verify the issue and send a replacement when appropriate.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted, the customer is responsible for any delivery issues or additional shipping charges that result.
